The Innovative Academy of Aesthetic Dermatology (iADE) is a leading medical conference dedicated to aesthetics, held annually in Sopot, the most luxurious resort in Poland. At the turn of spring and summer, practicing doctors from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe gather at iADE, interested in the development of the aesthetic industry. iADE 2023 attracted over a thousand participants and nearly 100 speakers from Poland and abroad. In 2024, we meet on June 14-16.

iADE enjoys immense interest primarily due to the high substantive level of lectures and workshops. iADE lecturers are world-renowned experts, including Polish specialists appreciated at international congresses. The iADE Scientific Committee, led by Professor Dr. Barbara Zegarska, MD, PhD, and Dr. Marcin Ambroziak, MD, PhD, oversees the substance of the program. The Scientific Committee exercises significant control over the quality of lectures, prioritizing content attractiveness for practicing doctors. The conference is affiliative in nature – among the lecturers and in the iADE Scientific Committee, there are representatives of various industry associations in Poland.

Interdisciplinary!

Although iADE has aesthetic dermatology in its name, in practice, the conference extends its thematic scope to other specializations related to aesthetics. The holistic character of the event includes sessions dedicated to plastic surgery, aesthetic dentistry, and endocrinology. Such topics fill the lecture halls to the last seat every year. Aesthetic medicine doctors need knowledge from other disciplines that influence their daily practice. At iADE 2024, interdisciplinary sessions are also planned, including dermatological lectures focusing on care and health. A new feature will be a block of lectures dedicated to the phenomenon of well-being, answering the question of how to live long, beautifully, and healthily. As every year, attractive live-injection sessions are planned for participants.

The Innovative Academy of Aesthetic Dermatology has been present in the Polish market for 5 years. During this time, the event has achieved a leading position – many doctors consider iADE the best industry conference in Poland. As a young event, iADE focuses on the future of the aesthetic industry. The Sopot conference proves every year how quickly the Polish market assimilates technological innovations. At the same time, participants have the opportunity to gain the most useful knowledge, coming from practitioners, about the application of new technologies. Access to expert knowledge of experienced practicing doctors attracts a large group of young doctors, including interns and medical specialists in training. The Scientific Committee organizes special activation projects, encouraging the presentation of research results and case studies, and offers promotional participation conditions.
